Cohorts
Committees at JCo are an extension of our Board. These groups are created and designated by the Board of Directors to support all of our members and the mission & vision of JCo. This differentiates them from Cohorts which are created ad hoc by members to serve any number of JCo members and non-members. Committee membership is only open to members in good standing. Committee’s report activities into the board at the monthly board meetings.

Our Cohorts continue to increase and attract new participants. Cohorts are usually defined as “a group of people banded together” or “a group of people with a common characteristic”. Each of our Cohorts is a brainchild of our members and ranges from Poker and Cinema to Rosh Chodesh and Mussar. You do not need to be a member to participate in our cohorts, although we would greatly appreciate a contribution. In JCo’s case, cohorts come together with common passions and talents, and enjoy each others’ company, creating a community that enjoys being Jewish together.
